Overview
Flopetrol Cutter when downhole tools get stuck and can't be recovered,Use this tool to cut the wire from the rope socket
The knot or deformation of the swire will not be cut off incorrectly, which can reduce the risk of operation error.
The tool can effectively cut downhole wire at a very close place (25mm) from the rope socket
The replacement cone sleeve can cut different specifications of wire, the maximum can cut 1/4 "(6.4mm) wire
After cutting the wire ,the wire head can be bent, and the wire can be brought out with the tool.
Method of application
1 Close the blowout preventer (BOP). At this time, the BOP should clamp the wire to seal the pressure in the well, remove the pressure in the blowout preventer, and remove the blowout preventer.
2 Remove the screws from the connector rod and tool holder.
3 Install the wire from the side groove of the body and the joint rod (including the impact hammer).
4 Insert the straight sleeve and the required cone sleeve at one time from the lower part of the impact hammer, and screw on the screw.
5. Install the rotary blade.
6. Put on the tool base (including the fixed blade), align the positioning slot with the positioning pin of the impact hammer, and tighten the tool base.
7. Install the joint rod and the cutting pin on the knife holder,
8. Reattach the blowout preventer so that Floss cutter is on the BOP ram.
9. Reopen the BOP ram and let the Flo cutter fall down the wire under its own gravity to the cap of the tool string.
10. In the same way, the ram rod is placed so that it hits the head of the Flores cutter joint rod, thereby cutting off the steel wire.
11. Raise the wire and bring out the Flo cutter and rammer.
12. If the steel wire fails to bring out the Flo cutter and ram rod, it is necessary to put in the R or JU fishing tool
